Outstanding Benefits Competitive flat-rate pay up to $49/hour Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation, PTO, and holidays Factory Subaru training and certification opportunities ASE certification support Life and disability insurance Tuition reimbursement Service awards Wisely & DailyPay options What You'll Do Perform vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs Diagnose and repair Subaru mechanical and electrical systems Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining manufacturer standards Perform routine maintenance and major engine repairs Maintain accurate repair documentation Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area Stay current on Subaru technology, diagnostics, and repair procedures What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Subaru technician or strong import dealership experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with Subaru Select Monitor (SSM) preferred ASE Certifications are a plus (we'll help you maintain them) Commitment to quality workmanship and fixing vehicles right the first time Team-oriented attitude with excellent work ethic Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Why Tom Wood Group?
