We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We have location, job title, status, salary range, salary commensurate with education and experience (but we should not include Pay section if only says "commensurate with experience"? Actually they gave a salary range: $88,000 - $166,300. That's specific. So we can include Pay section with that range. Also we have "Salary commensurate with education and experience." That's filler but we have actual range, so we include Pay. Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So omit. Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly. There's "Competitive and attractive pay and Opportunities to participate in BPMI sponsored committees and clubs, each with their own mission and purpose." Also "Career advancement and professional development programs." That's under "What You Can Expect:" which includes culture, diverse group, competitive pay, opportunities, career advancement. That's more like benefits? Could treat as Benefits section. But we need to see if they explicitly list benefits. They mention "Competitive and attractive pay" (already pay), "Opportunities to participate in BPMI sponsored committees and clubs", "Career advancement and professional development programs." Also "A culture that values people through recognition of accomplishments, work-life balance, and a sense of community." That's more like culture. Could be Benefits? Usually benefits are health, retirement etc. Not present. So maybe we omit Benefits section because no specific benefits like health insurance, 401k, etc. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting does state "Competitive and attractive pay" (pay) and "Opportunities to participate in BPMI sponsored committees and clubs" and "Career advancement and professional development programs." Those could be considered benefits? But they are not typical benefits like health insurance. However they are stated as part of "What You Can Expect". Might be considered benefits. The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine culture and expectations into a section like "About the role" or "Responsibilities". But we already have About the role (job summary). Responsibilities (essential duties). Requirements (minimum job requirements). Qualifications (maybe preferred job requirements). Skills (maybe proficiency etc). Let's map. We have: - Job Summary: description (About the role) - Essential Duties: list (Responsibilities) - Minimum Job Requirements: (Requirements) - Preferred Job Requirements: (Qualifications or Skills) - What You Can Expect: could be Benefits or maybe we could add a section "About the company" but not in list. Could treat as Benefits (since includes culture, pay, opportunities, career advancement). But we already have Pay separate. Could combine culture and opportunities into Benefits. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" but we have actual range. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, drug-free workplace, etc. Remove navigation etc. We must preserve all substantive information. Thus produce HTML:

About the role

As an Experienced Structural Analysis Engineer at BPMI, you will perform moderately complex critical technical functions to execute the BPMI mission in areas including, but not limited to performing a wide range of engineering tasks related to the analysis, design, and evaluation of structural components and systems, ensuring compliance with NR program and safety standards. This role involves utilizing engineering tools and methods to assess structural integrity and generate technical reports. The Experienced Structural Analysis Engineer works closely with various teams to integrate engineering solutions into broader program goals, while providing technical support for field operations. Additionally, the engineer will assist in the development of project plans and documentation, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and performance targets, and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and resolve technical issues related to structural systems, ensuring that solutions are aligned with project and safety requirements, while performing delegated responsibilities for assigned tasks with minimal guidance.
  • Interface with other program organizations, providing technical support and oversight for field operations, and collaborate with other engineers to ensure the integration of plans, applying knowledge of NAVSEA requirements to assigned tasks, and acting as a lead for portions of the technical work.
  • Prepare detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and schedules, and identify performance measures to track progress and meet required milestones.
  • Prepare cost and schedule estimates, track performance measures, and communicate progress to ensure alignment with customer and senior management expectations.
  • Conduct analytical evaluations, including the development and application of complex models, and apply system knowledge to solve technical and operational problems.
  • Prepare revisions to technical manuals, reports, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with NR program quality standards.
  • Design, develop, and execute engineering research and design projects, interpreting drawings, specifications, manufacturing process information, inspection, and test procedures to ensure suppliers meet contract requirements.
  • Understand and apply BPMI engineering policies and procedures, and resolve emergent issues by identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions.
  • Conduct design affordability reviews, prepare cost estimates, and evaluate supplier designs for material suitability, reliability, and integrity.
  • Assume technical cognizance of assigned reactor plant components and equipment, structural analysis or materials evaluation and application.
  • Conduct technical negotiations with suppliers, perform production reviews, conduct quality surveillance, monitor supplier performance, and approve designs while supporting technical reporting on assigned components and equipment.
  • Prepare technical letters to the Government, providing information, recommending approval for technical actions, proposing component procurement, or requesting funding approval.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Nuclear Engineering, or related technical degree, from an accredited college or university.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.
  • Twelve (12) or more years of completed education and/or relevant experience may be considered to satisfy educational and years of experience requirements.
  • Requires a security clearance; however, all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of their current clearance status.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy security clearance is required.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and role specific applications.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - effectively communicating technical and project related information.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Committed to maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities and project scopes while ensuring consistent adherence to internal processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong desire to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Pay

Annual Salary Range: $88,000 - $166,300 (salary commensurate with education and experience).

We could also include a section for "What You Can Expect" as Benefits but we already have Pay. The culture etc could be included in About the role? Might be redundant. But we could add a Benefits section for culture, opportunities, career advancement. However the instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Adding Benefits may be thin but still substantive. Let's see if we can incorporate those points into About the role or Qualifications? Probably better to add a Benefits section. But we need to check if the posting actually states benefits: It states "A culture that values people through recognition of accomplishments, work-life balance, and a sense of community." That's a benefit/culture. "A diverse group of talented individuals working toward the common goal of supporting the United States Navy in their pursuit of national security." That's also culture. "Competitive and attractive pay and Opportunities to participate in BPMI sponsored committees and clubs, each with their own mission and purpose." That's pay and opportunities. "Career advancement and professional development programs." That's benefit. Thus we could create a Benefits section with those bullet points. But we already have Pay separate; we could include pay in Benefits but we already have Pay section. Might duplicate. Better to keep Pay separate and Benefits for culture, opportunities, career advancement. Thus:

Benefits

  • A culture that values people through recognition of accomplishments, work-life balance, and a sense of community.
  • A diverse group of talented individuals working toward the common goal of supporting the United States Navy in their pursuit of national security.
  • Opportunities to participate in BPMI sponsored committees and clubs, each with their own mission and purpose.
  • Career advancement and professional development programs.
We should not include "Competitive and attractive pay" because we already have Pay section. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, drug-free workplace, etc. We removed those. Check for any duplicated lines: The essential duties list includes a sentence that ends with "The essential duties identified are representative but are not intended to be an exhaustive or inclusive list of all the responsibilities of the position." That's a filler line; we should not include that as it's not a substantive duty. So we omit that sentence. Also the job summary includes "ensuring compliance with NR program and safety standards." That's fine. Check for any other boilerplate: "As an employee, you will be required to receive and maintain a security clearance from the United States Department of Energy in order to meet requirements for access to sensitive information or matter." That's similar to security clearance requirement; we already have that in Requirements. Might be duplicate but we can keep as part of Requirements? It's essentially same. We could incorporate but we already have requirement about security clearance. Might be okay to keep but we should avoid duplication. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." If we omit that sentence, we might lose some nuance about receiving and maintaining clearance. But we already have "Requires a security clearance; however, all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of their current clearance status. The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy security clearance is required." That covers it. The extra sentence about receiving and maintaining clearance is essentially same. It's okay to omit as it's redundant. Also "U.S. citizenship is a requirement for security clearance applicants." That's additional info about citizenship requirement. That's substantive and not covered elsewhere. Should we include? It's under EEO/boilerplate but it's a specific requirement. It's not EEO; it's a citizenship requirement for clearance. Should we include? It's under the boilerplate section after EEO but it's a substantive requirement. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Citizenship requirement is not EEO; it's a specific requirement for clearance. I'd keep it. Thus add to Requirements: "U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance applicants." Also "All employees are subject to being randomly selected for drug testing without advance notification." That's a policy; could be considered boilerplate but it's a substantive condition of employment. Might be kept? It's under EEO/boilerplate but it's a policy. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Drug testing policy might be considered boilerplate but it's a condition. Not sure. Safer to keep? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Drug testing is legal/EEO? It's a policy; could be considered legal boilerplate. I'd remove it to be safe. Also "Bechtel Plant Machinery, Inc. (
