Experienced Shuttle Buggy Operator
About the role
We are seeking an Experienced Asphalt Shuttle Buggy Operator for the upcoming 2026 season. This position involves operating various types of paving equipment, including asphalt rollers, in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Operate multiple types of paving equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
- Work varied shifts including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed
- Tolerate and work in variable weather conditions and dirty/dusty environments
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
- Minimum of three to five years of previous work experience in asphalt shuttle buggy operation
- CDL is desired but not necessary
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Punctual and dependable
- Member of the appropriate trade union or willing to join one
Qualifications
- Experience in asphalt shuttle buggy operation
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends
- Ability to work in variable weather conditions and dirty/dusty environments
