About the role
A McDonald’s Certified Swing Manager oversees daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring the restaurant operates safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with McDonald’s brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Directs crew members, assigns positions, and manages floor operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience across all channels.
- Maintains speed of service, order accuracy, food quality, and hospitality to ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service.
- Enforces food safety procedures, proper handwashing, time and temperature controls, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness standards.
- Monitors and takes corrective action on standards not met.
- Manages labor deployment to support sales volume while controlling costs.
- Monitors waste, completes product counts as required, and protects company assets.
- Trains and coaches crew members on procedures, service behaviors, and brand standards.
- Communicates with the General Manager and other leadership team members regarding shift performance, staffing needs, equipment issues, and customer concerns.
- Documents incidents, resolves guest complaints professionally, and ensures follow-up.
Qualifications
- Must be McDonald’s Certified Swing Manager.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of McDonald’s brand standards and food safety practices.

Pay
