Experienced Service Technician Needed

Job Responsibilities

• Installation process of equipment including mail meter and insert postage machines, etc...
• Provide end user training on-site with customers
• Troubleshoot via phone and on-site equipment repair
• Heavy lifting required
• Communicate effectively with Service Coordinator regarding service calls
• Operate box truck, fork lift and other company vehicles as needed

Qualifications

• Networking and Software management knowledge
• Strong Mechanical aptitude
• Critical thinking skills
• Must be highly self-motivated, professional, friendly, outgoing
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
• Exceptional attitude
• Current Valid Driver's License
• Experience servicing equipment such as HVAC, Printers/Copiers, Mail related equipment / Inserters / Printers / Pre-Sort machinery
