Experienced Service Technician

About the role

Lithia Ford Lincoln of Boise is now hiring Automotive Service Technicians (A & B techs). Pay range is $22-40 per hour, with pay rates varying based on experience and certifications. There is no cap on hours for motivated technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards
• Diagnose cause of malfunction
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures
• Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools

Requirements

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience required
• ASE and manufacturer certification not required
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Schedule

Ideal candidates must have open availability to work any day/shift. Service Department Hours: Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 6:00pm and Saturdays 7:00am - 5:00pm.
