Jay's Heating, Air & Plumbing is rapidly expanding and is on the hunt for talented Service Plumbers to join our growing team in North Carolina and Virginia. As a fully licensed and insured HVAC company, we're proud to serve the communities of Surry, Stokes, Forsyth, and Carroll counties. We are looking for passionate, hard working, career driven HVAC professionals with a customer focused mentality.

Pay & Incentives

• $29-$35/hour based on experience, plus performance incentives
• Top-performing technicians earn $100,000+ annually through uncapped spiffs, commissions, and bonus opportunities
• Sign on bonus up to $10,000 available to qualified candidates

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
• 2+ years residential service experience
• Certificate of completion from HVAC Technical School - preferred
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
• Low Voltage License
• Nate Certified - strongly preferred
