Responsibilities
- Actively listening to customers' needs
- Understanding and recommending maintenance needs of their vehicle
- Opening repair orders (ADP preferred however not required)
- Setting expectations and estimating time and cost
- Be the face of the Dealership within the Service Department to drive retention
- Taking ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments
- Answering technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
Qualifications
- Prior DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE
- SUPERIOR COMMUNICATION AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS
- PROFESSIONAL, WELL-GROOMED PERSONAL APPEARANCE
- CONSISTENT RECORD OF SERVICE AND SALES SUCCESS
- STRONG RECORD OF POSITIVE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION RESULTS
- TEAM ORIENTED AND SELF-MOTIVATED WITH ABILITY TO WORK WITH LITTLE SUPERVISION
- CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE
