About the Role

We are seeking a Seamless Gutter Installer with basic experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality seamless gutters efficiently and accurately while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. Requirements

• At least some experience in seamless gutter installation
• 1-2+ years seamless gutter installation experience required (gutter machine experience highly desired)
• Soffit and fascia wrap as a plus
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, ladders and working at heights/on roofs
• Knowledge of safety protocols on job sites
• Familiarity with related trades such as roofing, carpentry, siding is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer service
• Hard-working individual who cares about quality of work
• Willing to go above and beyond to impress customers
• History of perfect attendance, commitment and consistency
• Not afraid of heights, ladders and challenges
• Great team player who knows how to perform both individually and as a team

Compensation

• Starts hourly, depending on experience, $25-$32
• Performance-based (% of job revenue) - $50K-$85K+ annually based on skill level
• Pay per production equals $25-$35+ per hour or equivalent
• Additional earning potential based on productivity & incremental sales
