This is a well-structured 4-6 session role within a small, established practice, offering a highly flexible working day, very rare home visits, and strong ANP support. You will join a small team of GPs that meet every week for a comprehensive review of cases and other notable events, and will have plenty of opportunity to pursue your clinical interests, with the surgery part of a larger network of practices that can offer excellent portfolio opportunities.

Workload & Structure
- 4-6 sessions, to include Thursdays and Fridays
- Flexible start time
- Just 13 patients per session
- 10 or 15-minute appointments or a mixture of both
- ANPs conducting majority of home visits
- No enhanced access requirement but can opt-in for extra money
