This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded GP Training Practice in Andover offering a structured working day, strong continuity of care, and a supportive Partnership team. The practice follows BMA workload guidance, offers minimal home visits, and has received excellent feedback from previously placed GPs.

Workload & Structure
- 6 sessions per week
- 12 patients per session
- 15-minute appointments
- Excellent continuity of care
- No evenings or weekends
- Minimal home visits
- Duty days start at 10am, with Partners covering the first two hours
- Always paired with another GP on duty – no solo on-call sessions
