About the role

Ready to suit up as a Residential Security Officer? What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly. Tell us about how your keen sense of observation is one of your greatest strengths. As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

Site Location: Las Vegas, NV
Schedule: Full-Time Swing Shift, Wednesday-Sunday / 2:00pm-10:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
  • You professionally answer all phones calls that come through the Site.
  • You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
  • You provide rapid response in critical situations.
  • You're good with reading and writing detailed reports, especially on rude guests or residents.
  • You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
  • You conduct regular area patrols by vehicle and foot.
  • You provide critical access control on behalf of community members and guests, by checking IDs, answering phones, using computers, and handling deliveries as needed in the Gatehouse.

Qualifications

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) in hand.
  • You have at least 1 year Security experience in an HOA setting.
  • You have a current PILB on hand.
  • You have a valid Driver License.
  • You excel in working with computers and other electronic systems.
  • You will be able to work on holidays as scheduled for your shift.
  • You are alert, excellent attention to detail, and situational awareness!
  • You are able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • You have strong work ethic!
  • You are authorized to work in the U.S.
