About the role

The Skilled Retail Associate is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, generating sales, merchandising, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and product knowledge
• Outfit guests with the latest outdoor gear
• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards
• Ensure pricing is accurate and current, including all promotions
• Stock shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and lead others
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
• Fluent in spoken and written English

Pay

The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $25.20/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

• Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Full-time and part-time hours available
• Minimum age: 18 years
