About the Role

Rental Delivery Specialists are responsible for packaging and delivering winter gear to guest accommodations. Specialists generate sales through world-class guest service, assisting customers with rental equipment and providing our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience.

A Rental Associate team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality, including:

• Mountain Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pickup winter gear at guests’ accommodation
• Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops
• Fit guests with equipment (training provided)
• Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental, including length of rental and return options
• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards
• Perform other duties such as cashiering, retail sales, and other assigned tasks

Requirements

• Clean driving record and ability to drive in inclement weather
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Minimum age: 18 years

Pay

The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $29.22/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
