Experienced Remodeling Carpenter

We're looking for an Experienced Remodeling Carpenter who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, and has the skills to complete high-quality kitchen remodeling projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential kitchen remodeling work, including cabinet installation, cabinet modifications, trim and finish carpentry, crown molding, doors, drawers, hardware, and cabinet accessories.
• Complete detailed finish work with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
• Work independently and collaborate with other installers to complete projects efficiently.
• Read measurements, follow project specifications, and troubleshoot installation challenges.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site while working in customers' homes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure work meets company standards and customer expectations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in carpentry, finish carpentry, residential remodeling, or renovation.
• Strong hands-on carpentry skills, particularly in cabinet installation, trim work, and finish details.
• Experience with kitchen remodeling is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and take ownership of assigned work.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for project communication and job tracking.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical carpentry work, including lifting and handling materials.
