About the role

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential and commercial remodeling projects. Must possess extensive carpentry skills and experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and budgets
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and building codes
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
