The Opportunity

You will serve as a skilled craftsman, executing high-quality residential transformations from framing to fine finish work. This role provides the autonomy to manage on-site tasks while delivering precision craftsmanship for clients who value superior quality. Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven professional experience in residential remodeling, framing, and finish carpentry
• Absolute proficiency in reading architectural blueprints and managing active job sites
• Mastery in the safe operation of professional carpentry hand and power tools
• Punctual, reliable, and possessed of strong on-site problem-solving capabilities
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated residential remodeling experience
• Completion of a formal trade program or technical certification in carpentry
• Documented safety training, including OSHA certifications, Fall Protection, or lift operation

How You Will Make An Impact

Manage daily residential remodeling projects in strict accordance with blueprints and specifications.
Execute high-end framing, trim work, and detailed cabinetry installations for kitchens and bathrooms.
Construct premium custom decks, structural additions, and various specialized siding applications.
Install high-quality luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and traditional hardwood flooring systems.
Resolve real-time structural and logistical layout challenges directly on the job site.
Maintain exceptional client relations through professional communication and punctual daily execution.
