Job Summary

Ace Handyman Services of Harrisburg/Lancaster/York/Carlisle is seeking an Experienced Remodeler to join our growing team. This position offers a 40-hour workweek, bi-weekly pay, and benefits.

Requirements

• Must have a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
• Must have excellent craftsman skills and great customer service skills.
• Must have a good overall knowledge of all trades.
• Must be able to carry and use an extension ladder.
• Must have plumbing or electrical knowledge.
• Must be able to troubleshoot in the field.
• Must have full plumbing and electrical knowledge and tools.
• Must be able to measure for and install doors and windows.
• Must be able to estimate, design, and build decks.
• Must be able to complete basement, bathroom, and kitchen remodels.
• Must be able to handle 5-10 day jobs of upgrading bathrooms and kitchens.
• Must be able to handle tile backspash installs or tile flooring.
• Must be able to complete full plumbing and electrical knowledge and tools.
• Must be able to communicate and lead a team.

Pay

The starting salary for this position ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, depending on the level of experience and skill set.

Schedule

This is a 40-hour workweek with an 8-4 schedule as a W-2 employee.

• Handyman +1 - Skilled in various small trades. Can carry and use extension ladder. Has plumbing or electrical knowledge. Start at $27/hr.
• Craftsman - Skilled in various small trades. Has plumbing or electrical skills. Can troubleshoot in the field. Start at $28/hr.
• Craftsman +1 - Skilled in multiple trades. Has more extensive plumbing or electrical skills. Can troubleshoot in the field. Start at $30/hr.
• Lead Craftsman - Skilled in all trades. Has more extensive plumbing or electrical skills. Can troubleshoot in the field. Can assist with oversight of other Handymen/Craftsmen. Start at $32/hr.
• Mastery Craftsman - All skills above with ability/willingness to lead team. Start at $35/hr.
