Experienced Refrigeration Tech

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing refrigeration systems in commercial kitchens. Works closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair refrigeration issues including compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
• Install new refrigeration equipment as needed.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to resolve operational issues promptly.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in refrigeration maintenance.
• Valid refrigeration certification from a recognized organization.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing various refrigeration components.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor.

Skills
