Responsibilities

• Possess a strong network and be able to prospect, qualify, and build a steady pipeline of buyer and seller leads.
• Provide expert guidance on Seattle-area neighborhoods, market trends, pricing strategies, and local inventory.
• Show properties, host open houses, and manage buyer consultations in a fast-paced market.
• Negotiate purchase agreements, counteroffers, and inspection/closing contingencies.
• Coordinate seamlessly with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, title companies, and escrow to ensure smooth transactions.
• Stay current on Washington state real estate laws, Seattle rental ordinances, zoning changes, and environmental regulations.
• Use MLS, CRM systems, social media, and emerging tech tools to market listings and generate leads.
• Deliver white-glove service that turns clients into lifelong advocates and referral sources.
