Responsibilities

• Succeed in completing the PLACE Launch training program
• Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
• Guide buyers through the process, secure signed buyer agreements, and match them with suitable properties
• Negotiate offers on behalf of both buyers and sellers
• Track and document all tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into confirmed appointments
• Participate in weekly script rehearsals in alignment with team protocols
• Engage actively in team meetings and events as needed
• Dedicate time weekly for one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Work closely with sellers to secure listings and market their properties effectively
• Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and other essential listing

Qualifications

• Licensed Real Estate Professional
• At least 5 closed sales or a proven strong sales track record
• Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
• Skilled at building rapport, actively listening, and providing tailored solutions
• Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
• Naturally adept at handling objections
• Effective communicator dedicated to exceptional service
• Collaborative team player
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Growth-oriented and eager to learn
• Highly organized
• Open to mastering scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills
