Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE Launch program successfully
- Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
- Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties
- Skillfully negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
- Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Host a minimum of two open houses each month
- Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled client appointments
- Engage actively in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
- Participate fully in team meetings and collaborative activities
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Guide sellers through the listing process, secure listings, and effectively market properties
- Exhibit strong knowledge in pricing strategies, home staging, and other essential listing services
Qualifications
- Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge and a proven track record of success
- Skilled at building strong relationships, actively listening to client needs, and delivering tailored solutions
- Proficient in prospecting and lead generation with a natural ability to handle objections effectively
- Exceptional communicator dedicated to providing outstanding client service
- Collaborative team member with leadership potential and a desire to grow within the organization
- Licensed real estate professional with a minimum of 2 years of consistent sales performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Growth-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and development
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Open to mastering scripts and dialogues to enhance client interactions

Benefits
This is a commission based position. Compensation range: $165,000 - $200,000 USD yearly.
