Experienced Real Estate Advisor for Top 1% Team

Responsibilities

  • Complete PLACE Launch program successfully
  • Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
  • Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties
  • Skillfully negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Host a minimum of two open houses each month
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled client appointments
  • Engage actively in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
  • Participate fully in team meetings and collaborative activities
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Guide sellers through the listing process, secure listings, and effectively market properties
  • Exhibit strong knowledge in pricing strategies, home staging, and other essential listing services

Qualifications

  • Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge and a proven track record of success
  • Skilled at building strong relationships, actively listening to client needs, and delivering tailored solutions
  • Proficient in prospecting and lead generation with a natural ability to handle objections effectively
  • Exceptional communicator dedicated to providing outstanding client service
  • Collaborative team member with leadership potential and a desire to grow within the organization
  • Licensed real estate professional with a minimum of 2 years of consistent sales performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Growth-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and development
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Open to mastering scripts and dialogues to enhance client interactions
  • Driven by hustle, humility, honesty, and a relentless ambition to scale their business

Benefits

This is a commission based position. Compensation range: $165,000 - $200,000 USD yearly.
