What You'll Do As a Polisher / Fabricator, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality countertops from fabrication through final finishing. Polish, grind, sand, and finish natural stone and engineered quartzGlue and miter countertop pieces togetherFile and shape grooved, contoured, and irregular stone surfaces to templates, layouts, and specificationsInspect and correct surface defects to ensure a quality finished productLoad, unload, position, and adjust materials using hand tools and mechanical lifting equipmentOperate grinders, polishers, table saws, chop saws, and other power toolsWork from measurements, templates, layouts, and blueprintsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaPerform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar stone fabrication/polishing roleHands-on experience polishing natural stone and engineered quartzExperience using grinders and polishersAbility to read and understand measurementsAbility to safely operate hand and power toolsBasic computer and Microsoft Office skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityDependable, hardworking, motivated, and task-orientedStrong written and verbal communication skills Experience with woodworking tools such as table saws and chop saws is a plus.
