Experienced Plumbing Technician

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues, ensuring water flow and safety.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues
• Install new plumbing fixtures and systems as needed
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and other tradespeople

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant plumbing experience
• Valid state plumbing license
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in plumbing or related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in common plumbing tools and equipment
• Excellent customer service skills

Skills

• Knowledge of plumbing systems and materials
• Experience with diagnostic tools and testing equipment
• Good physical stamina for manual labor
