Experienced Petroleum Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks including hanging hardware (repair and/or replacement) and mechanical/electrical issues with both fuel dispensers and point of sale equipment.
• Aid in general maintenance needs by learning about other systems within the properties.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a petroleum service technician.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Positive Attitude.
• Attention to Detail.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience or schooling in a Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Trades.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work in all varied weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel with the possibility of overnight jobs.
• Experience with Point-of-Sale installation and repair.
• Experience working with Wayne or Gilbarco Dispensers (a plus).
• Experience working with Verifone (a plus).
• Experience in computer networking (a plus).
• Clean driving record and the ability to work safely.
• Capable of lifting and caring equipment weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Good driving record with no traffic violations.

Schedule

Day In the Life: Perform petroleum equipment and EV Charging service and installation calls in a professional, timely, and quality manner. Complete job paperwork for each service call, at the time of service. Complete training courses in a timely manner to maintain current certifications and equipment knowledge. Act as a resource for customers; aid and product support to maintain long term relationships. Juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment. Communicate skillfully and effectively in person or over the phone. Be a team player.
