As an Experienced Parts Specialist, you'll oversee parts sales transactions to internal and external clients. This role is integral to the top-quality, timely customer service and vehicle repair goals of our team. This fun, fast-paced role allows you to interact directly with customers, as well as the other departments within the dealership. Responsibilities

• Oversees the Parts Sales Process
• Communicates with Customers and Staff on the Status of Parts Orders in a Friendly and Professional Manner
• Delivers Exceptional Customer Care and Represents Holiday Automotive Well
• Takes Personal Responsibility for the Order of the Parts Department
• Assists the Parts Manager with Inventory and Other Regular Initiatives

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with Good Driving Record
• Strong Phone Skills
• Computer Proficiency
• Friendly Attitude and Team-Focus
• Ability to Work Quickly and Think Critically
• Ability to Lift 50-Pounds
