About the role

FreshCoat Painters of Lafayette is seeking Painters to properly prepare work areas, surfaces, and apply paint to achieve a minimum Level 3 Finish based on PCA Standards. Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness, organization, and timely project completion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the surrounding area with appropriate protective coverings
• Prepare surfaces by identifying and correcting imperfections
• Apply the correct paint material coverage on clean surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Complete projects within the allotted productivity time
• Follow work orders and meet deadlines
• Adhere to all Health and Safety Protocols
