We're looking for experienced sales professionals who know how to approach homeowners, build trust, identify customer needs, handle objections, and close sales — and who are interested in helping develop other representatives and build a stronger sales team. This opportunity combines residential fiber internet and wireless/mobile sales with field mentorship, team development, and potential leadership advancement. If you already have experience selling home services, we'll provide product training, assigned territories, field resources, and sales technology to help you apply your existing skills in the telecommunications market. High-performing representatives who demonstrate leadership readiness may begin moving into management development in approximately 4–8 months, depending on results, demonstrated readiness, and business needs. Compensation & Earning Potential This is an uncapped, commission-only 1099 independent-contractor opportunity with no guaranteed base salary. Illustrative weekly fiber commission potential: $1,040–$2,080 Based on a commission rate of $260 per eligible completed fiber installation: 4 eligible completed fiber installations: $1,040 in gross commissions 6 eligible completed fiber installations: $1,560 in gross commissions 8 eligible completed fiber installations: $2,080 in gross commissions These figures illustrate potential fiber sales earnings rather than guaranteed or verified average income. Wireless/mobile sales may provide additional commission opportunities under the applicable compensation plan. Specific wireless/mobile commission amounts and eligibility requirements will be explained during the recruiting process. Actual earnings depend on individual sales production, completed installations or activations, eligibility, and the applicable commission plan, including any adjustments. Any additional compensation associated with training, recruiting, or leadership responsibilities would be subject to a separately established and communicated compensation arrangement, if applicable. This is an in-person, field-based sales opportunity requiring travel to assigned residential neighborhoods and occasional visits to the Greenville office as needed.
