Experienced Nocturnist Pulmonary and Critical Care APP

About the role

Full-time inpatient care position with a 7p-7a shift requirement of 144 shifts per year. This opportunity is based in Charlotte, NC, offering a dynamic urban environment with Southern hospitality, a thriving job market, and diverse neighborhoods.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required (graduate of an NCCPA-accredited physician assistant program or NP/post-Master’s NP program).
• Acute Care certification required for NPs.
• Current PA or NP license in the appropriate state.
• NCCPA or registry with state nursing board, ACLS, and DEA registry required.

Responsibilities

• Perform procedures as needed: intubation, central lines, arterial lines.
• Consult and round on pulmonary and critical care patients.
• Develop plans for pulmonary and critical care patients.
• Order and interpret appropriate tests.
