Responsibilities

• Accurately identify and locate automotive parts for customers
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and offering product recommendations
• Maintain an organized parts inventory
• Process parts orders and ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with the service department to fulfill customer requests efficiently

Requirements

• Prior experience working in Mazda automotive parts counter sales
• Strong knowledge of Mazda vehicle parts and accessories
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in parts identification
