Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead masonry crews on daily jobsite operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Cookordinate labor, materials, and equipment to maintain project schedules
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
- Train and mentor crew members
- Communicate with project managers, customers, and subcontractors
- Perform masonry work as needed, including brick, block, stone, and restoration projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of masonry experience with leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of brick, block, stone, and restoration techniques
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
