About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and systems to ensure facility operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Perform routine maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all company policies
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related maintenance experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of common tools and equipment used in maintenance
Skills
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Experience with HVAC systems
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems
