Experienced Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities
- Apartment turnovers
- Service requests
- Preventative maintenance
- Inspections
- General repair work involving plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, appliances, and other maintenance-related tasks
- Supporting community appearance and safety standards
- Delivering professional and timely service to residents
- Participating in emergency maintenance coverage and on-call rotations as needed
Requirements
- Experience in multi-family maintenance preferred
- Minimum of 2 years HVAC maintenance and repair required
- Advanced knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and painting
- HVAC and CPO certifications preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret service orders, technical documents, safety rules, and manuals
- High school diploma or GED; technical school training preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be available for weekend work and emergency on-call shifts
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Qualifications

Skills
Experience in multi-family maintenance, advanced knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and painting, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, ability to read and interpret service orders, technical documents, safety rules, and manuals, excellent customer service and communication skills.

Pay
$26-$28 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule
Full-time, non-exempt, with weekend and on-call requirements.
