Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
- Address service requests and emergency repair needs promptly and professionally
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal property condition
- Aid with unit turnovers by preparing apartments for new residents
- Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance logs and inventory records
- Communicate effectively with residents and management teams to resolve maintenance issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance or related field
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair
- Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical stamina to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Availability for on-call and emergency maintenance duties as needed
