Experienced Luxury Appliance Technician

About the role

Northeastern Appliance Service is New York’s premier service partner for Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances. We are expanding our team of factory-certified technicians and are now hiring experienced appliance repair technicians.

Responsibilities

- Service Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances - Negotiate around and through heavy refrigerators and ranges - Provide exceptional customer service - Follow specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship

Requirements

- Knowledgeable about high-end refrigeration, cooking, dishwashing, and laundry appliances - Experience working with Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances (a plus) - Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude and background - Physically able to lift, push, and pull heavy items - Customer-first attitude - Detail-oriented and able to write accurate service notes - Self-starter with a strong work ethic and drive for excellence

Position Details and Benefits

Compensation

- $54,000 - $120,000 annually, with bonus and overtime potential - Schedule: Monday to Friday, some Saturdays during summer months - Work remotely: No - Work location: On the road - Ability to commute: Westchester County, NY (preferred)
