About the role

Northeastern Appliance Service is New York’s premier service partner for Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances. We are expanding our team of factory-certified technicians and are now hiring experienced appliance repair technicians.

Responsibilities

Applicants must: - Be knowledgeable about high-end refrigeration, cooking, dishwashing, and laundry appliances and be committed to building a career in the trade. - Have a strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude. - Have a strong mechanical and/or electrical background. - Be physically able to negotiate around and through heavy refrigerators and ranges. - Have a “customer first” attitude and enjoy the customer service side of the business.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must: - Possess a “can do” attitude and professional appearance. - Want to work in an environment that recognizes and rewards potential. - Enjoy the customer service side of the job. - Have a strong work ethic and be driven to deliver exceptional service. - Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Be tech-savvy. - Be detail-oriented, able to follow specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship and write accurate service notes. - Be a self-starter who is always willing to become an even better technician. - Be able to lift 60 lbs, push 100 lbs, and pull 50 lbs.
