About the role

TheKey is hiring live-in caregivers to support clients in Columbus, offering top pay rates and a meaningful career in a growing industry. Caregivers provide 24/7 support for 2-3 days at a time, with full-time and part-time schedule options available.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• Compliance with state background screening requirements
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
