Experienced Litigation Attorney - Nevada

About the role

Klinedinst PC is seeking a complex/general and/or professional liability litigator to join our expanding team in Las Vegas, NV, with the opportunity to handle matters throughout the state.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex civil litigation and professional liability matters
• Structure discovery plans
• Take and defend depositions
• Manage document-intensive cases
• Draft dispositive motions
• Prepare for trial

Qualifications

• Nevada-licensed with strong academic credentials
• A positive, proactive “team player” with a passion for advocacy
• Ready to take on responsibility and independently handle cases
• Experience structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial (optional)
• Solid work ethic and a commitment to teamwork

Pay

Pay range: $130,000 - $175,000 per year (depends on experience)
