Responsibilities
- Oversee gathering necessary documents and evidence related to personal injury claims and negotiate settlement offers.
- Work with your team to prepare demand letters and assist in negotiating settlements.
- Evaluate the merits of personal injury cases.
- Provide guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication.
- Handle medical reviews and negotiate and settle cases as necessary.
- Maintain strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Show a firm understanding of Florida Personal Injury law.
- Manage a large caseload and demonstrate effective leadership skills.
- Open new files, create litigation plans, conduct discovery, and build a legal team.
- Interact with clients during their time of need and ensure determination to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Be bilingual (English/Spanish) for additional support.
Qualifications
- Active Georgia Bar License.
- 5+ years of Personal Injury Litigation Attorney experience.
- Trial experience is a plus.
- Show leadership skills to build and manage legal teams.
- Ability to interact with clients during their time of need.
- Determination to get the best results for our clients and win cases.
- Possess the ability to handle a large caseload and demonstrate effective leadership skills.
- Be bilingual (English/Spanish) for additional support.

Schedule
