Experienced Line Cook

About the role

We are currently seeking a part-time Experienced Line Cook to join our team. Our mission is to create raving fans of both our customers and our employees, with a focus on clear expectations, comprehensive training, support, and recognition of great performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes and recipes according to Harry's standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area/station
• Follow all safety and sanitation practices
• Complete other duties as assigned by manager on duty

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
• General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights, and measurements
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
• Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to all company specs and quality standards
• Demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness, and a sense-of-urgency
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Stable work history
