Responsibilities Execute lead generation systems expectations weekly Conduct open housesConvert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointmentsParticipate in weekly script practice per team standardsParticipate in team activities per team standardsCommit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner CallConsult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homesWrite and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyersTrack activities and clients with the best CRM in the business. Qualifications We're looking for hungry, driven leaders who are willing to commit 40 hours a week to building an uncapped real estate career. We want the agents who want to make a difference in people's lives. The people who care about helping the single mom buy a $200,000 condo just as much as they care about the $2,000,000 listing.
