InPwr, Inc. is seeking experienced California Licensed Field Service Electricians to join our dynamic team. We are an award-winning electrical design-build firm with offices in Indianapolis, IN, Denver, CO, Los Angeles, CA, and Naples, FL. Responsibilities

  • Candidates must have a valid CA Journeyman Electrician License.
  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with Commercial Service and Maintenance.
  • Flexible to work customer-directed schedules as needed.
  • Strong safety record, detail-oriented, and goal-oriented.
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical systems from 120/240 single phase through 480v three phase.
  • Familiarity with data, fire alarm, and control systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team player.
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish).
  • Valid CA Journeyman Electrician License.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Commercial Service and Maintenance.
  • Detail and goal-oriented.
  • Strong safety record.
  • Familiarity with electrical systems from 120/240 single phase through 480v three phase.
  • Data, fire alarm and control familiarity are a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Positive and "Can Do!" attitude.

  • Commitment to continual personal and professional growth.

Skills

  • Positively identify color of wires.
  • Comprehend reading and drawing prints and schematics.
  • Bend conduit by hand with hand benders.
  • Use all power tools, saws, threaders, wire tuggers, hydraulic benders, and knockout punches.
  • Operate equipment, trenchers, backhoes, lifts in a safe manner.
  • Operate company trucks with manual and automatic transmission.
  • Read and interpret maps, instructional manuals, specifications, work site directions, blueprints, and written instructions.
  • Operate and work from mechanical personnel lifts (electrical or gas powered).
  • Work on energized circuits and equipment with company management approval as outlined in Health and Safety Program.
  • Complete Equipment Training, OSHA 30, and all Safety Certifications.
