Experienced Legal Secretary
The Role
You will provide legal administrative support across various practice groups in a team-oriented environment including:
- Assisting attorneys and staff with general secretarial support
- Communicating with clients
- Upkeep of client records and filing
Requirements
- Solid MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
- Confidence and ability to support multiple billing professionals
- Strong communication
- Time management
- Strong organizational ability
- Self-motivated
- Multi-tasking while maintaining a busy workload
- Sharp attention to detail
- Produce large volumes of accurate work in a busy setting
Qualifications
- A high-school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of legal secretarial experience
- Litigation experience

Pay
$27.47 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule
This is a full-time position with actual scheduled working hours of 35 hours per week. The role has hybrid flexibility, allowing 1 remote day per week based on business needs.
