- Create excellent experiences for every guest
- Perform high quality services – lashes, tints, lash/brow lifts & threading
- Educate guests
- Promote products and memberships
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment
- Team player, pursing continued growth in the art of lashing
- Remain current on certifications and trends in the industry
Requirements
- Active Cosmetology, Esthetics or Lash Technician license in Texas
- Prior eyelash extension experience
- Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
- Well organized, detail oriented and artistic
- Reliable with a consistent work record
- Initiates self-learning
