Experienced Lash Artist

Responsibilities

• Create excellent experiences for every guest
• Perform high quality services – eyelash extensions, tints, lash/brow lifts, threading and more
• Perform maintenance services such as refills and lash removal
• Provide customer service and education to clients on proper aftercare
• Keep up with the latest trends in the industry
• Promote products and memberships
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment
• Team player, supporting training efforts while also pursuing continued growth in the art of lashing
• Remain current on certifications and trends in the industry

Requirements

• Active Cosmetology, Esthetics or Eyelash Specialty license in Tennessee
• Prior eyelash extension experience a PLUS
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
• Well organized, detail oriented and artistic
• Reliable with a consistent work record
• Initiates self-learning
