What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Operating excavators and skid steers.
- Installing premium hardscapes, water features, retaining walls, and rockeries.
- Working directly under a Site Manager—leading and motivating your crew.
- Reading plans, setting grades, and keeping sites tight and professional.
- Building projects you'll actually want to show your friends.
What We Need From You
- 3+ years landscape construction experience.
- Heavy equipment skills—excavators, skid steers, etc.
- Valid driver's license + reliable transportation.
- The grit to work outdoors year-round (even in Seattle winters).
- Leadership potential and a no-drama attitude.
- Bilingual (huge plus).
