Experienced Lamination Department Associates

About the role

Candidate must have experience in manufacturing, specifically with machine operation or lamination. This role works as part of a team with specific production goals, collaborating directly with other members of the safety and quality departments.

Departments include but are not limited to:

• BSI
• Stuffing
• Routing
• Hot melt
• Panel kits
• Set up
• Lay up

Responsibilities

• Receive production orders and job assignments.
• Verify the materials supplied are correct.
• Complete jobs while maintaining optimum production rate and all quality standards according to customer specifications or company guidelines.
• Monitor for defects.
• Maintain continuous inspection of job specifications and collect production run samples.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures.
• Ensure proper cleanliness of machine and immediate work area.
• Assist in machine repairs.
• Complete weekly machine maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to read and understand work orders.
• Ability to use a ruler.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Strong attention to detail.
