D.A. Davidson is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Analyst to join our Equity Capital Markets team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and a passion for helping clients navigate complex capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial analysis and prepare comprehensive reports for clients
• Work closely with senior bankers to develop and execute client strategies
• Manage client relationships and build strong professional networks
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes impacting the diversified industrials sector

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in investment banking or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
