Responsibilities

  • Collaborate to generate creative, client-focused solutions.
  • Create written internal and external marketing materials.
  • Support deal teams in development, presentation, and winning mandates.
  • Develop an understanding of client needs and outcomes.
  • Provide materials to enhance the client experience.
  • Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and improved service.
  • Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between stakeholders.
  • Complete quality reports and analyses.
  • Research and analyze company and industry financial and operating information.
  • Perform complex financial modeling and valuation analysis.
  • Create statistical exhibits and financial performance trend analysis.
  • Deliver financial modeling to support strategic recommendations.
  • Consider risk, internal controls, and compliance in daily activities.

Requirements

  • Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
  • Outstanding academic achievement in finance, economics, or accounting.
  • Financial analysis training and experience.
  • Successive relevant experience within investment and/or corporate banking.
  • Expertise in financial computer applications and database management tools.
  • Skilled in creating statistical presentations.
  • Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Influence skills to propose new solutions.

Qualifications

Benefits

BMO offers a competitive salary range of USD 110,000-135,000, which may vary based on location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications. Pay

The base salary for this role is USD 110,000-135,000, paid on a salaried basis. Salaries may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other perks and rewards.
