Responsibilities

• Absorb clients' safety and well-being to provide supportive non-clinical care
• May work 4-hour shifts and beyond, including 24/7 care
• Support clients with ambulation and mobility
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with personal care and hygiene
• Prepare light meals according to dietary restrictions
• Transport clients to and from shops, pharmacy, or appointments
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Be a pleasant, engaging, and supportive companion

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, working vehicle, and current, up-to-date insurance
• Flexibility with schedules per client needs
• One year of in-home caregiver experience preferred
• Proven experience as an in-home caregiver (Preferred)
• Knowledge and demonstration of DME such as hoyer lift, wheelchairs, transfer bench, walker/training
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response, CPR preferred
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate
• Good time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• One year of proven experience as an in-home caregiver (Preferred)

Pay

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule

Schedules may vary from 4 hour shifts and beyond, including 24/7 care.
